Soda Ash
Soda Ash is the common name for Sodium Carbonate (Na2CO3) used to precipitate soluble calcium in drilling muds.
Sodium Bicarbonate
Sodium Bicarbonate is a water soluble drilling fluid additive, used to 'treat-out' soluble Calcium and Magnesium ions. Sodium Bicarbonate is usually sufficient to remove all bivalent cautions.
Caustic Soda
Caustic Soda is Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) used primarily for pH and alkalinity control.
Barite Powder
Barite is predominantly Barium Sulfate, is used to increase the density of all types of drilling fluids, and is chemically inert to all drilling fluid additives.
Bentonite Powder
Bentonite viscosifier is a premium-grade Bentonite (a sodium montmo-rillonite clay) that will yield 91 to 100 barrels of 15 cp mud per ton (1.7 m3/100Kg). It is used as a primary filter cake –building, filtration-control and suspension agent in freshwater systems, and has application in all water-base mud systems.
Calcium Carbonate F/M/C
It is a Solids-free brine used in completion fluids and can be blended with Zinc/Calcium Bromide and Calcium Chloride solutions to formulate non-damaging fluids of densities from 11.7ppg to 15.1ppg.
Calcium Chloride
Calcium Chloride Anhydrous 94% is a single salt (CaCl2). It has the following feature and benefits:
It is non-damaging to the formation.
It is thermally and chemically stable.
It can be blended with other solutions of Bromides and Chlorides.
CMC LV
CMC LV is low viscosity carboxy methyl cellulose, which meets OCMA specification DFCP 2. CMC LV is primarily used to filtrate reducer in water based mud’s of a wide salinity range with minimal effect on rheological properties.
CMC HV
CMC HV is high viscosity carboxy methyl cellulose, which meets OCMA specification DFCP 7. CMC HV is primarily used to rheology control agent and filtrate reducer in water based mud’s of a wide salinity range with minimal effect on rheological properties.
Drilling Detergent
Drilling Detergent is an aqueous blend of surface active agents. It is designed to reduce the surface tension of all water base mud systems and reduce the sticking tendency of water sensitive shale cuttings.
PAC LV
PAC LV is a low-viscosity, tech-grade fluid-loss-control polymer. It is designed for situations where filtration control is needed with only minimal increases in rheology. PAC LV polymer will perform well in all brine applications, especially saltwater-base fluids.
PAC HV
PAC HV is a polyanionic cellulose is a fluid‐loss and viscosity‐control additive. PAC R agent is a regular grade viscosity PAC, useful in controlling filtration and increasing rheology in all types of water, but is particularly effective in saltwater brines.
Sodium Chloride
SALT (Sodium Chloride) is a widely available commercial chemical and economical product for formulating a clear solid – Free workover and completion fluids to 10 lb/gal (1200 kg/m³). It has 99% purity.
Sodium Formate
This product is a white crystalline powder with water absorbing performance and slight formic acid odor, soluble in water glycerol, slightly soluble in ethanol, not soluble in ether.
Potassium Chloride
Add Potassium Chloride to obtain the potassium ion level needed to maximize the integrity of drill cuttings and to maintain borehole stability. Potassium Chloride can be added through the mud hopper. Drilling conditions and system requirements will determine the concentration needed.
Citric Acid
Citric Acid is used for treating cement contamination in drilling fluids along with other chemicals.
Lubricant
High Quality Extreme Pressure Lubricant is an extreme pressure lubricant that has several applications and can be used in all water-base fluids at all densities, and is completely dispersible.
Starch
Starch for drilling fluid is water soluble product after alkalization of starch etherification of chloridtic acid. It can effectively control filtration loss of water and sater drilling fluids.
Asphalt
Asphalt is water dispersible and cationic agent, asphalt SFT is obtained after asphalt is sulfonated, it has the characteristics of small common dosage, good solubility, lubricity of oil.
K PAM
K PAM is a copolymer of polyacrylamide, arylic acid and cation agent. Since its molecular weight is about 3 million to 6 million,and the degree of hydrolysis is 30%, this sort of structure makes it have the best combination property of low filtration loss, adsorbability, and dissolubility.
